Effective Building Group were engaged by the Department of Workplace Training & Development to extend the existing covered training area at North Metro TAFE, including the creation of a new secure storage area. The new structure and its elements were to match the existing materials, finishes and colour of the existing structure.
The site’s existing racking system was modified and reinstated into the open store, and between the open store and secure store approximately 210m2 of open floor area was created.
Works also involved the supply and install of an awning type canopy the length of the western elevation of the warehouse.
